The options available for online booking will bring to your home ourfast and professional team with two cleaners ready to deliver great service and the most value your money. If there is a need to make any adjustments upon arrival, we will contact you.

For furnished or occupied homes under good to standard condition: the basic scope of work will go through all basic house cleaning service tasks such as cleaning of bathrooms, dusting of furniture surfaces, dusting windows & millwork, vacuuming rugs, wiping off kitchen surfaces and appliances, cleaning floors, changing linens if there is a spare set out. The recommended cleaning rates do not account for cleaning insides of cabinetry and closets, window glasses, any organization nor folding and laundry. We can do those tasks also but they will use the time needed for the standard cleaning scope of work. For that purpose, please select a higher package option.

For empty property under good to standard condition: the scope of work will include the insides of cabinetry, appliances and closets, bathrooms, interior window cleaning, millwork, floors, and lighting fixtures. We do not remove large items and furniture left inside. Utilities must be on.

Standard cleaning supplies are included except for paper towel and trash bag.
